Refund Policy

In the event that the service was not rendered in full or was rendered in improper quality (the balance of the personal cabinet was not replenished or the amount of replenishment is different from the estimated amount when paying for the order), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting e-mail [email protected], and get full compensation for its cost or a similar service. The period for consideration of claims and refunds is 15 working days.
